Thanks to SpareTronix’s Warranty Program, we offer a limited warranty on selected products and qualities. This warranty provides added benefits to our customers. If your item has a technical defect within the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace it as per policy.

Warranty period may differ from product to product. Please carefully check the product description page to understand the warranty duration applicable to your item.

What Does the 3-Month Refurbished Warranty Cover?

This warranty is limited to technical defects and component issues that affect the functionality of the product.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Physical breakage

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Software or compatibility issues

  • Mishandling or misuse

IMPORTANT – NO RETURNS / NO EXCHANGE / NO WARRANTY

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange or warranty:

  • Board Components

  • Tools

  • Small Spare Parts

General Warranty Terms

  • Warranty coverage is mentioned on the product details page.

  • Warranty starts from the date & time of delivery or 5 days from dispatch date (whichever is earlier).

  • SpareTronix is not responsible for damage caused during shipping.

  • Do not accept shipment if packaging is damaged or opened.

  • Returned items must be packed properly.

  • Broken or tampered warranty seals will void the warranty.

  • All warranty seals must be intact.

  • Compatibility must be verified before purchase.

  • In-screen fingerprint, proximity sensor or other built-in sensors may not function in compatible combo displays.

  • Battery capacity (mAh) may vary by supplier.

  • Flex, PCB & modules are supplied without pre-installed components.

  • Full housings do not include middle frames or side keys.

  • Buyer bears shipping cost for warranty returns.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for inspection.

  • Repaired/replaced products must be collected within 14 days.

  • Product images on website may differ from actual product.

Requirements Before Sending Product for Replacement

Before sending any item for warranty claim, ensure:

  • Protective film & warranty seal are intact.

  • LCD/touch is tested before removing protective film.

  • No physical damage.

  • No modifications or tampering.

  • No liquid damage or voltage misuse.

  • No electrostatic or external damage.
